Normal headlight units just reflect the 360 degree light from the bulb via the silver backing and the lens creates the correct beam pattern. I gave up in the end and just fit 120-130% brighter, normal bulbs.

This is not because the 16v is bad in anyway it was built for a purpose and only that purpose extensive back to back flow test and modification showed virtually no improvement due to its tiny ports and downdraft angle.

It cost £3.50 but it held the tensioner more securely than the original nut did. All done, ready to have covers and engine mounts refitted. I used a Dayco kit.

Aug 8, 2023 · Totally agree. Simple 1.2 Dynamic, with no aircon, on steel wheels is the way to go for seriously cheap motoring. On the other hand, I have a well maintained (well, relatively) original low(ish) mileage 100hp, with no dents, no sill corrosion and interior and exterior plastics in good condition, all on OEM suspension and running gear.

Make sure you fit them the right easy round get them from a proper supplier Farnell, RS and the like otherwise you will probably end up with different brightness I haven't worked on the fiat dash, I have worked on other dashes, normally the boards are easily damaged by heat.

Nov 10, 2022 · If the 100hp is the same as the 1.1 and 1.2. You remove the battery. Plastic battery liner. Battery tray. And the earth is under one of the clutch slave cylinder bolts. It’s the only connection between the starter negative and the battery. If the starter is turning and the battery is charging is fine it should be fine.
