Additional comment actions. It's only a running simulator if you want it to be or you're not skilled enough at the game. You can run past the mobs and you'll likely get bored doing so. However if you are really enjoying the game and are skilled you can fight. It's a personal choice.

Does a good job of imitating it; but plays it way too safe. Lords of the Fallen however, aims big. They basically wanted to make Dark Souls 4. While Lies of P is more like Bloodborne-light. That ambition of course, came with a price. LotF isn't nearly as well polished and balanced game, comparing to LoP.
